Amar Atma Singh Khalsa
Rooted in traditional teachings, Amar Atma's classes aim to offer the excellence of our being- our Soul. Each class is geared to bring the You out of you. With his background in Chinese medicine along with specialiies in Numerology, Gong therapy, Reiki healing and teaching--each class offers unique ways of relating to the body-mind-spirit triad.

Anter Prakash (Lauren)
Anter Prakash Kaur (Lauren Murray) is a Phoenix, AZ native. She has been bringing her daughter to Mommy and Me yoga since she was 6 months old. Her two main passions in life are Kundalini Yoga (specifically focusing on new mommies and their darling little ones) and Baby Photography. She hopes to share all of Kundalini Yoga's amazing benefits with you and incorporate them in your special person's growing life. "We can teach our family to be Happy, Healthy, and Holy. Sat Nam!"
Ardas Kaur Khalsa
Ardas received her certification through the Master's Touch program
in 2002, having practiced Kundalini Yoga since 1994. She is working
towards Kundalini Yoga Level 2 certification and is a Reiki Master.
She enjoys teaching all ages and levels of experience, with classes
focusing on Mantra and Meditation.

Gurukirn Kaur Khalsa
Gurukirn Kaur Khalsa began her studies with Yogi Bhajan in 1971 while attending Pomona College in Claremont, CA. She attended classes and workshops in the Southern California area until she moved to Phoenix in 1975, where she came to work in the children’s ashram. She subsequently married and had three children. Her children were born at home with the guidance of midwives. She recently assisted her daughter with the homebirth of her first child and spent two months in San Francisco as a 40-day sevadar helping her daughter and grandson. Regular attendance at Khalsa Women’s Training Camp provided a wealth of information about pregnancy, childbirth, and raising conscious children. The spiritual education and elevation of women has always been important to Gurukirn Kaur, as expressed in her poetry and artwork. In 2000, Yogi Bhajan honored her with the title ‘Woman of the Century.’
Haritej Kaur (Yun)
Originally from Malaysia, Haritej Kaur (Yun Hui Wang) took her first Kundalini Yoga class in 2010 and immediately fell in love with it. She has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since then. In July 2012, she completed level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training. Besides being a Kundalini Yoga teacher, she is also an artist and a Reiki healer. Haritej understands how much Kundalini Yoga can benefit people. That is why she wishes to share the incredible experience of Kundalini Yoga with others. Come to her class to relax, to have fun, to learn about your true self, and to excel and prosper in life. Haritej’s favorite meditations are Bound Lotus and Bowing Jaap Sahib.
Jaap Kaur Khalsa
Jaap Kaur (Kitty Pope) trained at Master's Touch & Japji Courses with Yogi Bhajan in 2002 and 2003. She completed Level 2 Teacher Training in Fall, 2009 and is a Professional Trainer since 2012 and progressing toward Lead Trainer. Jaap Kaur enjoys sharing the reasons behind the science of Kundalini Yoga for deeper understanding and experience--angles and triangles, mudras, meditations, breath, eyes, and relaxation. Her use of the gong allows for deeper healing and integration during the relaxation and meditation portions of the class. Each month, Jaap Kaur includes special gong events and class themes based on yogic numerology and the challenges of the times. All aspects of the class support a central theme to provide maximum physical benefits and inner peace for the efforts. Jiwanjoti Kaur (Abby)

Kewal (Cathie) Regan
Kewal Kaur (Cathie) is a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher and graduated from the Kundalini Teachers Training Program at Yoga Phoenix. Kewal has been teaching yoga to children in public and private schools for over 7 years . Being first introduced to yoga at age 15 by Yogi Bhajan, she realizes the positive effect yoga has on young people. “Teaching yoga to children allows the seed of self-realization to be planted, promoting a positive self-esteem and a sense of inner peace. Yoga is a fun way for children to learn how to be healthy, happy and at peace with their world”.
Liv Kamal Kaur
Liv Kamal Kaur (Sandra) is a level 1 Kundalini Yoga Instructor. A professional artist, she spent 20 years living in France and Spain, where she worked and exhibited her work which is found in collections in Europe and the United States. She currently teaches studio art to Junior High and High School Students in the Phoenix area. Committed to natural healing practices and following her spiritual path, Liv Kamal works with youth to inspire their creativity, happiness, and love of themselves and of life.

Rajbir Singh's goal is to consciously breathe, dance, and sing with the song of creation, the vibration of every piece of the universe seen and unseen. Combining the instruments of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, guitar, and voice, Rajbir brings to each class the opportunity for others to have an experience of the divine dance. He is Reiki I & II certified and a certifying Level I Kundalini yoga teacher (2013 grad).
He is elated to have been given access to the profundity of learning and living Kundalini Yoga, and with devotion teaches to continue and expand the ecstasy of discovering the manifestation of the cosmos hidden within. As well as Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan Rajbir occasionally writes poetry from his soul after meditations and sets them to music.

Sevak Singh Khalsa

Sevak Singh has studied, practiced and taught Kundalini Yoga and
Meditation for thirty years. He is a KRI certified Lead Professional
Teacher Trainer, a spiritual coach and co-founder of "The Elevation
Institute", a provider of techniques for life improvement. Sevak is
the Executive Director of the 3HO Foundation of Arizona, Yoga Phoenix's
parent non-profit. He teaches internationally, guiding students through
the process of spiritual self discovery and renewal. As a husband,
father, grandfather and professional artist he brings experience,
wisdom, humor and creativity into his unique teaching style. As a

Tara Singh is on lifelong mission of healing, serving, and uplifting humanity. He believes everybody is their own teacher in complete control of their own destiny.
