After the Birth of Your Baby...
Postnatal Yoga (Mommy & Me) classes are offered at Yoga Phoenix and are a great way to connect with other new mothers while assisting your body in the healing and toning process. Our classes are ongoing so that you may begin at any time. Check the Yoga Phoenix schedule for class days/times. Our Postnatal classes are "Mommy & Me" style, so bring your baby (ages from 6 weeks until crawling) for a sweet interaction and yoga experience. We hope to see you return with your little one!
