Afreen was trained in the Himalayas by yoga masters who shared this ancient knowledge not just as movement, but as a simple and powerful way of being.

Afreen teaches Hatha, restorative, Yin and flow. Focusing on awareness, breath and the flow of prana — helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have gone quiet.

Her yoga classes includes a theme like hip opening, upper body stretch, spinal stretch, and heart opening. Then she designs a practice using different modalities around the theme.
