Easy Flow Yoga with Annette

Annette offers an easy-flow class for students who appreciate longer holds and accept a slower pace, while still reaping all the benefits of the physical practice.  The class flow will invite you to explore areas of tightness and energy blockages within the body.  Modifications offered.  The class incorporates fluid movement as well as static postures.  Enjoy a 5-7 minute savanna at closing to relax the body and soul.

Sherry's chair yoga classes are fun and offer a great workout with the ease and the comfort of a chair. 

Kundalini Yoga with Cat Regan/ Kewal Kaur

Kundalini Yoga includes specific breathwork, yoga Kriyas or yoga sets, relaxation, meditations with mantras.  Each class has a theme and sometimes a class series, targeting issues for the body, mind and spirit.
