Kundalini Yoga
The Yoga of Awareness
Kundalini Yoga is a transformative practice aimed at awakening the dormant spiritual energy often referred to as "Kundalini," which resides at the base of the spine. This ancient form of yoga blends dynamic movements, breath control (pranayama), meditation, and the chanting of mantras to facilitate a comprehensive approach to personal growth and self-realization.
The practice is structured around a series of sequences known as Kriyas, each designed to achieve specific physical, mental, and spiritual objectives. These Kriyas incorporate postures (asanas), breath techniques, and meditations, fostering an environment for profound inner exploration and healing, emphasizes the importance of the mind-body connection to cultivate awareness, experiencing increased energy, clarity of thought, and emotional balance.

Rebecca Hagman
Yoga Teacher
Rebecca Hagman E-RYT 500 (certified and registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance), RTT (Registered Thai Therapist) through THAI / certified Thai Bodywork Therapist, Certified TRE Facilitator, and ordained minister.
Rebecca started practicing yoga in 2005 and shortly after that began the teacher training since she was elated by the results of her yoga practice on reducing severe back pain. She trained underneath the tutelage of Mary Beth Nehls and Beryl Bender Birch for her RYT 200 and David Oliver to complete her 500 hour certified course. She also studied 18 months of vedic chant and sanskrit with Cheryl Hall and Nial Mandall from the School of Practical Philosophy and Meditation
Rebecca began her Traditional Thai Yoga Bodywork in 2006 and completed advanced training by September 2008 with Tanya Boigenzahn and others of the lineage of Pichest Boonthumme from Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand to complete over 300 hours of certified courses. She continued her study with ancillary courses in trigger point therapy, myofascial release, acupressure and moksha, chi qong and reiki.
Rebecca completed her TRE Certification (Trauma Release Exercises) with David Berceli, PhD as an additional modality she can provide in combination with her bodywork skills to help people release their stress and trauma issues and regain health.
Rebecca has operated her own yoga studios, the last one being in Nicaragua where she trained people from all over the world to be yoga instructors and Thai massage therapists. When she arrived in Nicaragua in 2013 there were only a handful of yoga teachers in the country until she started training more. There were no Thai massage therapists until her graduates from all over the country started their own practices. Her legacy lives on 11 years later!
Rebecca has combined her over 30 years of professional and personal experience in substance abuse counseling, ministerial counseling, nutrition and competitive sports training and yoga psychology to help you understand optimum holistic health. She believes she has been truly blessed by all the opportunities she has had to learn to be a conduit for others’ healing and is excited to share these gifts as a direct way to improve and strengthen the well-being and quality of life for others.

At age 5 I watched a television show called ‘Lilias Yoga and You’ on PBS, which aired right before Sesame Street. I thought the show was fun as I tried to mimic the poses, and I’ve been hooked ever since. But in hindsight, it was actually the calmness and the solitude that I felt from yoga that attracted me over and over throughout the years.

Yoga is magical in not only growing and expanding your physical capabilities, but in expanding your awareness of self & how you deal with the outside world. The relationship between body, mind, spirit. An unexpected, heightened level of awareness unfolds. I personally love anything that provides self-improvement, and love sharing that
information with others. I love teaching an all-levels style of yoga, as well as Yin Yoga, which tests your abilities in stillness and surrender.
I’m also a Reiki healer and provide Empath Guidance. My other interests are astrology, numerology, and I’ve designed and sewed professional dance costumes for 25+ years.

Libby Balsiger

Libby Balsiger is a certified RYT-200 Vinyasa yoga instructor, specializing in Hatha and restorative styles. She is a devoted yoga practitioner, sound healing facilitator, classically-trained musician and active listener. She was certified by master teachers at Yoga Nest Venice in Los Angeles after decades of practice.
Libby has been guiding a group of committed yogis online through group and personalized sessions since the pandemic, and has supported them in enriching their lifelong yoga journeys. Her classes enhance strength, balance, ease of aging and overall wellbeing. She incorporates modifications to accommodate varying levels of physical abilities. She also weaves the teachings of Buddhism and its life-affirming wisdom into her instruction.

Dr. Kim Clarity
Gene Keys Guide
In 1985, after many years of executive management in fine dining, Dr. Kim found her calling. She stumbled into Marianne Williamson’s “Course in Miracles” lectures in Santa Monica, Ca. and began a lifelong love affair with living spirituality.
From 1999-2009, she was co-founder and Senior Minister of Spiritual Center for Positive Living in Cameron Park, CA. and was a keynote speaker for New Thought Churches, conferences, events and retreats, which led to the launching of “Seeking Clarity Seminars” in 2009. This life changing seminar series was designed to spiritually empower people to turn their lives into artistry and provide career opportunities for coaches and guides.
As an Ordained Doctor of Spiritual Studies from Emerson Theological Institute, and a Master Spiritual Life Coach, Dr. Kim had the honor of guiding countless individuals, families, non-profit organizations, businesses, and learning communities nationwide, to achieve personal transformation, and spiritual integration.
In 2012, she co-founded her second non-profit learning community, Clarity Academy of Spiritual Arts or C.A.S.A., with her beloved wife, Rev Karen Grace.

Kim spends her mornings in sadhana (spiritual practice). She can be found kayaking in the Alpine mountains in the summer and walking at the lake with her Labradoodle Jai. Music is her medicine. Shenayda Linda Deane

Shenayda started studying Astrology at the tender age of 19. At the age of 28, she met her teacher, Dr. Robert Gibson, and began her lifelong work. After attending his Mystery School, Shenayda emerged as a Shaman and began to share the teachings and practice her gifts
In the first mystery school Shenayda learned about the conception and nature of service to others. Through her studies she became aware of the numerous belief systems. Through her spiritual counseling she assists others to heal these beliefs to find peace and wholeness.
Shenayda is a Reiki Master and taught multiple courses at SWIHA for 20 years.
Shenayda has a private practice, teaches various classes and workshops, offers a Shaman mentorship program, astrology readings and Reiki healing.

Liron Arieli is a certified yoga teacher who completed their 200-hour training in 2023 with Modern Yoga in Scottsdale, Arizona, grounded in the principles of Ashtanga Vinyasa. She specializes in teaching Vinyasa classes that emphasize alignment, breath, and accessibility.
