Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Wendy Wells is a Naturopathic Physician in Scottsdale, Arizona. Wendy Wells graduated with honors from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine now known as Sonoran University of Health Sciences, where she was awarded a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine. Before her present career, she received her Bachelor’s of Science in chemistry.
Dr. Wells is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the Arizona Board of Naturopathic Medical Association. With over 15 years of experience, her excellent care helps those patients with a variety of acute and chronic issues. She specializes in women’s health, hormone balancing, preventative medicine, chronic fatigue, food sensitivities and weight management.
Dr. Wells is well-known in the Phoenix valley as a gifted speaker, educator and humanitarian. Her passion is finding the source beneath health concerns, getting the body back in balance, optimizing total well-being, and setting a course for absolute wellness for life.

Description of work
My Kūpuna show me what’s going on in a person’s body. How is the energy running, where is it flowing, and where isn’t it. They show me what to do to help reset the energy. I sense the pain or blocked energy and the story or trauma that is associated with it. They tell me what to say and how to guide individuals in tuning into their bodies, helping them understand the connection between their emotions and the physical sensations they are feeling.

Cat Regan was first introduced to yoga in at age 15 and through a regular yoga practice she realized that yoga and meditation helped her stay healthier, more grounded and calmer in a world that was quickly changing and full of turmoil.
In 2000 Cat was inspired to become a yoga instructor after volunteering to share yoga with students at her children’s elementary school. Once certified as a Hatha Yoga Instructor, she continued to teach yoga to kids in schools for another 15 years.
In 2002 Cat trained in the Occupational Therapy Certification Program at Scottsdale Community College, where she received her 500-hour Yoga Therapy Certification. Cat started her Personalize Yoga Therapy session, which she has continued to work with people of all ages and health conditions.
Over the past 25 years, Cathie has received additional certifications in Kids Yoga, Chair Yoga, Gentle Somatic Yoga, Restorative and Yin Yoga, as well as continued education and trainings in Hatha and Kundalini yoga, Rewind Yoga for Seniors, Ball Therapy and Yoga Therapy..
Cat became the owner of Yoga Phoenix in 2021 and has assembled a team of gifted teachers, doctors and healers who are inspired to offer personal services and classes in a variety of yoga styles, personal self-growth and transformational modalities.

Throughout her career, she has worked in various settings, including orthopedics, skilled nursing services, home health, outpatient, and acute care. Dr. Lindsey views her clients as unique individuals with varied skills and abilities. She inspires them to extend beyond their best efforts by providing a comfortable, compassionate, and respectful environment in which they thrive.
Dr. Lindsey has been a featured speaker in many large-scale conferences and s won recognition in many areas of fitness, including figure skating, elite marathon running, duathlons, and professional speed skating.
