Intro to Yoga Philosophy by Rebecca Hagman

Please have a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a folded blanket or bolster and a yoga strap ready to use for the class.

Honor your body and trust your inner intelligence when practicing yoga. Most of us are tight int he shoulders and mid-back area, so it is important to take it slow at first and allow your body to open.
