         You hereby understand that your behavior in class must be appropriate, otherwise you may be asked to leave with no refund issued.

By proceeding to engage in any classes, workshop, and/or special events, you hereby declare that you and any of your heirs or legal representatives forever agree to release and discharge all instructors, employees, officers and agents of Yoga Phoenix LLC and their assigns from any and all claims or causes of action known or unknown arising out of any act or negligence arising from your participation in their courses.
